This amazing vibrant jar full of zing, is made from long red chillies grown on the Mornington Peninsula. Use Sweet Chilli Jam as a marinade for chicken wings or ribs or pop in a sandwich with salami and ricotta. It’s got plenty of heat but will not blow your head off.
Ingredients: red chillies, vinegar, onions, vegetable oil and spices. 350gms
