We are opening the doors to new team members at Oxley & Moss and we’re being very intentional about who we invite in.

Our store is fast-paced, high-energy and incredibly rewarding, but it’s not entry-level retail. Because of this, we’re only considering applicants who genuinely thrive in a busy retail environment and bring experience, initiative and pride in their work.

This role is for you if you:

• Have previous retail experience (supervisor or management experience is highly regarded)

• Are available to work weekends (we share the load but this is non-negotiable)

• Have exceptional attention to detail, from visual standards to customer experience

• Are confident using technology, with Shopify experience preferred

• Have knowledge of, or genuine interest in, the brands we stock

• Stay calm, capable and kind under pressure

• Take initiative, communicate clearly and are results driven

• Equally enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a team

• Care deeply about creating a beautiful, welcoming in-store experience

Bonus points if you bring skills in:

• Visual merchandising

• Marketing, social medial or content creation

• E-commerce or back-of-house operations

This role suits people who are organised, resilient and confident in retail. If you’re looking for something slow, flexible around weekends, or your first step into retail this likely isn’t the right gig for you, and that’s okay.
