We currently offer a $10 flat rate shipping charge for all orders within Australia, regardless of order size or quantity.
All online orders are dispatched daily, Monday through Friday.
Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays or weekends.

All products are sent directly to you from our Oxley and Moss store in Kingscliff, NSW. If you are local and would like to pick up your order from our store, please use the discount code COLLECT at checkout.
Oxley and Moss want you to love your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us at the address below within 7 days of receipt. Provided the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and packaged in their original packaging we will either exchange, replace, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

We cannot accept used goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using Australia Post with tracking as the goods are your responsibility until they have been returned.
