Oxley and Moss is more than a store – it’s a place where lovely products and even lovelier people come together. Our lifestyle store in Kingscliff is a vibrant hub of fashion, gifts and homewares and we’re looking for a Weekend Team Member to join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support our team during our busiest days. Experience in retail is preferred, but not essential, we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
We prioritise work life balance so every weekend isn't a must unless that's what you're looking for!
Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and confidence
Supporting our senior team with day-to-day store operations
Ensuring the store always looks inviting and beautifully presented
Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Learning about our brands and products to help customers find the perfect purchase
A switched-on, proactive person who’s ready to jump in and help
Reliability – weekends are our busiest times, and we need someone we can count on
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A love for fashion, gifts and homewares (bonus points if you’re already an Oxley and Moss customer!)
Experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage, but not required
